MSP / consultants

Client-ready packaging for AI guardrails work.

Your clients are already asking about ChatGPT, Copilot, meeting bots, and “is this safe?” The MSP Pack turns those recurring questions into a structured engagement — instead of custom-writing the same basics for every account.

Operational templates only. Not legal, compliance, or security advice. Practitioner license covers client delivery — not reselling the source kit as a product.

The economics

$299 once, reusable across every client you serve.

The practitioner license lets you deliver this to your clients, so the cost is spread across your whole book rather than charged per account.

$299one-time, all clients
46editable documents
6tool rollout playbooks
16completed sample artifacts

Billable time you stop giving away

“Can staff use ChatGPT?” “What about Copilot with mailbox data?” “Is Otter okay on customer calls?” Answering from a kit turns senior hours into a packaged deliverable.

Margin on repeat delivery

Writing policies from scratch looks premium once. By the tenth SMB it is pure cost. Templates plus delivery materials keep the same engagement profitable.

Scope language included

AI work drifts into legal, HR, and “make us compliant.” Ready-made scope and limitation wording keeps the engagement bounded without a custom SOW rewrite.

A built-in follow-up motion

Quarterly review prompts and trackers give you a recurring touchpoint — a reason to be back in the account, not a PDF that disappears into SharePoint.

One packaged AI guardrails engagement usually bills for more than the pack costs.Everything after that is reuse.

What a client engagement looks like

Pitch → discovery → deliverables — already mapped.

The MSP Pack ships a client pitch one-pager plus a fictional completed QuickStart engagement (discovery notes, scope, filled handoff checklist, follow-ons). Tool reviews are Conditional-first (Low ≠ auto-Approve; standing Approved is a later Promote — Approved ≠ unrestricted). Customize the map below per account — not a blank SOW.

Client deliverable What you customize Typical timing Kit source
Shadow AI survey Company name, channels, deadline Day 1–2 Survey template
Acceptable Use Policy Risk appetite, data tiers, exceptions Day 3–5 Policy + playbooks
Approved tool register 3–5 tools Conditionally approved first (Promote later) Day 4–7 Register + samples
Employee FAQ + rollout email Tone, manager talking points Day 5–8 FAQ + announcement sample
Quarterly review plan Owner, cadence, first date Handoff week Tracker + email prompts

Fictional engagement shape from the MSP Client Pitch One-Pager. Typical fixed-fee QuickStart range cited in-kit: $750–$2,500 depending on client size — your pricing, your judgment. Kit does not set your rates.

FAQ

Practitioner questions, straight answers.

Can I use this with clients, or is it internal-only?

Client delivery is what the MSP Pack is for. It includes a practitioner license for engagements with your clients. You may not resell or redistribute the source kit as your own product.

How is this different from buying the $79 Business Pack?

Business Pack is complete for one organization. MSP Pack ($299) adds readiness questionnaire, pitch one-pager, QBR slide outline, follow-on opportunity map, intro email, discovery agenda, scope/limitation language, handoff checklist, quarterly review prompts, objection notes, and the client-use license so you can reuse the materials across accounts.

Will this replace my SOW / professional judgment?

No. Scope language and limitation wording help bound the engagement; you still price, staff, and decide what is in or out for each client. Templates are not legal advice for you or your clients.

How fast can I run a first engagement?

The pitch one-pager maps a 1–2 week QuickStart: readiness score → discovery → survey → policy/FAQ → scored Conditional-first reviews on up to 3–5 tools (prefer Conditionally approved; Low ≠ auto-Approve) → register plus exception/incident paths → rollout email → first quarterly (QBR optional). Day-1 materials and sample “done” artifacts cut blank-page time.

Should first client tool reviews jump straight to Approved?

Usually no. The kit is Conditional-first: prefer Conditionally approved for first intake / pilots — including Low band. Standing Approved is a later Promote when scope is stable and controls are live. Approved ≠ unrestricted. That matches the worked samples clients see in both packs.

Does this certify my clients for SOC 2 / HIPAA / ISO?

No. It is an operational starter kit — not a compliance certification or audit substitute. Use it to deliver practical guardrails; escalate regulated requirements to the right specialists.

What about support after purchase?

Product support covers delivery defects and download issues within the published refund window — not free consulting on your clients’ environments. See the support boundary page for what is and isn’t included.
