Refund Policy

Digital kits are delivered immediately after purchase. We do not require customers to prove files were “unused,” because that is not reliably verifiable for downloads.
This page is the canonical public refund policy for storefront links. Payment-provider rules may also apply.
Eligibility
14-day refund window
Within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund if:
- You bought the wrong pack (Business vs MSP) and contact us promptly
- You were charged for an accidental duplicate purchase
- You cannot access the download due to a delivery failure on our side
This is not a broad “any reason / change of mind” guarantee. Kits are digital downloads with immediate access.
What does not qualify by default
- “I opened the files” is irrelevant — we don’t run unused-proof theater either way
- Wanting custom consulting, live configuration, or rewritten policies (out of product scope — see Support)
- Buyer’s remorse after downloading when the wrong-pack / duplicate / delivery cases don’t apply
- Requests after the 14-day window (except where law or payment-network rules require)
Process
How refunds work
- Email orders@ or support@ (addresses publish at domain go-live) with your order ID and reason.
- We confirm eligibility under this policy (and any merchant-of-record rules).
- Approved refunds go to the original payment method.
- Bank/card posting times depend on the payment provider and your bank.
Until brand mailboxes are live, do not assume draft-site forms reach our team. Soft launch may start in notify mode before paid checkout exists.
After 14 days
No refunds except where required by applicable law or payment-network rules.
Abuse
Repeated refund requests or clear abuse may result in blocked future purchases.

Do I have to prove I didn’t use the files?
No. We deliberately do not require “unused” proof. Eligibility is about wrong pack, duplicate charge, or our delivery failure within 14 days.
Is this a satisfaction guarantee?
No. It is a narrow 14-day window for the three cases above — aligned to how digital downloads actually work.
What if checkout isn’t live yet?
Soft launch may run in notify mode first. Refunds apply once paid purchases exist under this policy and the payment provider’s rules.
