Data
What we collect
- Interest / notify forms: email; optional role, pack preference (Business vs MSP), and intended-use notes
- Orders: name, email, billing details, and payment metadata processed by our payment provider
- Support: whatever you send us to resolve a product or delivery question
- Server logs: IP, user agent, timestamp, and request path needed to operate and secure the site
What we don’t do at launch
- No advertising pixels or third-party ad trackers planned at soft launch
- No sale of personal information
- No unnecessary sensitive data collection (we don’t need SSNs, health data, or employee PII to sell kits)
- No personal founder profiles or private owner identity on the public site
How we use information
- Deliver purchased downloads and order confirmations
- Respond to support and refund requests
- Send requested launch / notify updates (only if you opted in)
- Prevent abuse, fraud, and repeated refund abuse
- Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

Until a backend is wired, draft notify forms may store submissions locally in the browser for QA only — not a production inbox.
Retention
Order and tax records are retained as required for accounting. Notify/waitlist emails may be deleted on request. Support threads are kept as long as useful to resolve issues and prevent abuse, then pruned.
Your requests
Email support channels published at launch to request access, correction, or deletion of waitlist data where applicable. Order records may need to be retained for legal/tax reasons even after a deletion request for marketing lists.
Children
Kits are sold to business buyers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Do you sell my email?
No. We do not sell personal information.
Will joining Notify spam me?
Notify is for launch/update messages you requested. We won’t load ad pixels at soft launch. You can ask to be removed once mailboxes are live.
Who processes my card?
The payment provider (Lemon Squeezy or Stripe once chosen). We do not intend to store full card numbers on our own servers.
Is the local notify form a real inbox yet?
Not until Gate 5B. Draft pages use a local stub for QA. Do not treat draft submissions as delivered to our team.
